I once suffered excruciating pain from musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), unable even to type on a computer keyboard.
Despite wanting to work, I couldn’t move my fingers, shoulders, or neck, spending my days dictating text via voice input. Chiropractic care, commonplace in Japan, was unavailable locally, and the pain persisted for over a month. That experience made me acutely aware of my body’s limits and the critical importance of prevention.

This experience is my origin story.
I want to reduce the number of people experiencing the same suffering. I want to create a future where workplace discomfort isn’t ignored, and healthy, sustainable ways of working are realized.
Driven by this vision, I launched the “Smart Labor” business, utilizing AI for real-time analysis and predictive technology.
