EDO ART CRUISE | SusHi Tech Tokyo Partner Event

We are pleased to announce that the “EDO ART CRUISE” will be held as an official partner event of SusHi Tech Tokyo.

EDO ART CRUISE is a special cultural experience bringing together art, culture, and innovation on Tokyo’s waterways. Participants will witness a unique live art creation inspired by the spirit of Edo, unfolding in real time through interaction and presence.

The artwork created during this event will be developed into scarves and collaborative products, with a portion of the proceeds contributing to initiatives that support the preservation of culture and heritage.

To fully experience the spirit of Edo, this event is curated as a private gathering for selected international investors, founders, and brand leaders.

Guests will enjoy a 20-minute cruise along Tokyo’s historic waterways, immersing themselves in the atmosphere of old Edo. Following the cruise, a casual networking session will be held, offering an opportunity to connect with fellow investors and ecosystem leaders, exchange insights on global investment trends, and explore collaboration in building the Tokyo startup ecosystem.

Event Highlights:

EDO AURA by RIVENIQ

A one-of-a-kind live art experience inspired by the spirit of Edo.

Three artists, rooted in Japanese tradition and contemporary expression, will participate in this co-creative live painting experience. Among them, actor, MC, and artist Takumi Bando will present a performance that reinterprets Japanese aesthetics through a contemporary lens, capturing the energy and presence of the audience to create a unique artwork in real time.

Having lived with Native American communities in the United States, he developed a deep sensitivity to nature and later established his original concept of “Aura Art,” visualizing the invisible energy of people and spaces.

This live painting is not merely a performance, but a co-creative experience between artists and participants. The final artwork will evolve into collaborative products with global brands, extending its value beyond the event itself.
